Where it all began
From the beginning, City Tails NYC has focused on offering personalized and loving pet care to our clients.
Joel started City Tails NYC as an independent dog walker in the West Village in 2007. Over the years, Joel has grown the City Tails team, which now includes a full staff of employees that love dogs as much as he does. In addition to offering a variety of dog walking services, City Tails has also expanded to include doggy daycare, overnight boarding, puppy care and more.
In 2019, City Tails officially opened its first commercial space – a fully renovated and expansive dog daycare facility on Leroy Street in the heart of the West Village.
